OK--so it's not a workout but I wanted to get your attention. I am hosting my annual Halloween Party on Saturday, October 28 starting around 7:00. Come celebrate the end of the season (for most of us anyway)! This party always proves to be a great time. The past couple of years have brought out quite a few HEATsters and I am hoping this year is the same. Costumes are encouraged, although not required. If it influences your decision, valuable prizes are awarded for best costumes in random categories. Also, spontaneous disco is quite possible.
