Does anyone want to take advantage of the nice weather and go for a run before spin class today? If so, we could meet up at 5:30 or so at the building where the spin classes are held.

I can't make the run today but this is my first time at spinning and I was wondering where the building is at winding trails?

Building is towards the back, if you've ever done the tri series there, take the right just after the field where they have transition and its up there. You should see people's cars.
