Please let me know if you are planning on attending regularly or occasionally. I will run the program until May of next year. I am excited to swim with you guys and will be doing some coaching, too! Are the Y members still free for the sessions? Are you going to be holding any video sessions with Coach Al this time around? If so, what is the cost going to be? David

I will ask her if there is the option of paying per session, too. YMCA members (even from a different Y) are free, but you have to show them your card. I will ask Coach Al if he would be willing to come and videotape again. I can probably get him to come. The lecture part is free, and the cost for your videotaping with his analysis depends on how many people do it. You could e-mail him at coachal@coach-al.com. See you guys Sunday at 1:00. We're not in peak condition, but to everyone else, we look like we're fish. However, that means there's plenty of improvement to be made. So if you want to beat an ex-swimmer offroad, I suggest doing it before we get back "in-shape." hahahaha

We can finally start this Sunday, 11/13, but they are only giving us the pool for one hour this season (November - beginning of May) - 1:00 to 2:00, so let's make the best use of our time! If you are not a Y member in the Hartford area, the fee is $100 for the whole season, payable at the desk. I will not be there this Sunday or next Sunday, when I will be racing in the ITU Cup in Panama, in the hopes of qualifying for the Brazilian triathlon team for the Olympic Games next year. I am disappointed that I will be missing the first two weeks, but Coach Rich should be there, and I will see you guys on the Sunday after Thanksgiving (the 27th)!
