Valley Runners is hosting Coach Al as a guest speaker at our monthly meeting this coming Monday, October 19th, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Valley Community Baptist Church in room 205. All are welcome! I invite each of you to take advantage of this exciting opportunity; you don't have to be a member of Valley Runners to attend. It's free and refreshments will be served. Coach Al is incredibly knowledgeable on everything to do with triathlon training and racing, and is a great motivational speaker as well.
