Hi, everyone. I'm new to HEAT (membership app in the mail). I'm relatively new to CT (as of February), having relocated from NH (and helping to run the Granite State Triathlon Club). Work Downtown Hartford / Live in Haddam. Looking forward to learning about group workouts and meeting some new folks. - Katherine

Work in downtown Hartford ... Some of us are members at TCC (across from old state house) where we swim in the morning and run at lunchtime durring the week. If sounds interesting let me know. |

Welcome to HEAT! Your winters will be nicer down here in the south. I'm from NH originally and have several friends in GSTC. We got a great Tri club and
a strong Tri community in the area with everyone from the casual Triathlete to IronMen and Women. Glad you will be joining us.

Welcome to the area. You are the second person in the month (Mark Schiess being the first) who has relocated and have a strong tri background. HEAT will be having Sunday masters swim sessions in probably two locations. The running out of the TCC at 11:45 every day is awesome (Roy, you have to meet up with us, we have about ten running Boston next year, and a few sub 3 hr runners). You do not have to be a member (and many of the runners are not), we meet outside and run between 6-10 every day, with track workouts on Tuesday. All abilities. Jamie |
