Ahh Memories! Wife didn't believe me or let be out of driving home the next day from my first marathon in DC. Though she did catch on that the families
life might be in a riskier position, when I was driving 55 on the highway because it took me a few seconds to use my hands to move the foot to the break. It
does get better on future marathons, but not much! Surprised they didn't show the butt scoot to get down the stairs trick. Kids always love that one!

I was doing the walk down backwards trick because it hurt much less than the forward lean followed by the fall.
