No ride this Saturday from Granby -- 6/28 -- we'll all be doing the DJT ride.

For those interested in joining up with a good group of cyclists, a lot of us "triathletes" have been riding with the "Valley Boys" for the last few years.

We now leave from the new Granby Bike Shop (next to Stop & Shop) in Granby (off of Rt 10). The group has grown to over 25 riders of mixed ability (and ages -- from 13 to 65+). The normal ride is about 35 miles with groups spliting up (based on ability) and eventually meeting up at the center of Granville.

Triathletes are welcomed -- just stay off the aerobars and follow standard cycling etiquette. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

The boys even came up with their own website this year.

There is also a more informal (and easy ride on Sundays) and plans to have rides on Wednesday and Thursday pm.
