I plan on being at this event manning a table for talking to folks interested in the club. Anyone interested in joining me? Last year Karen Smyers and Bill

This event has been rescheduled and will not be on the 19th. At this point, I understand it will be on the 9th of April and will confirm once I hear from
Hartford Marathon Foundation.

Please be our guest... join us at the Hartford Marathon Foundation's FREE Training Open House on April 9, 2008 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Riverfront Community Center, 300 Welles Street in Glastonbury. Please note new date (postphoned from March 19). Our featured speaker will be Tom Holland, a nationally-known exercise physiologist, who has coached thousands of people to reach their fitness goals; from losing weight to climbing mountains, running marathons and completing Ironman triathlons. Tom is a regular contributor to NBC, Good Morning America, Runner's World, Cooking Light, Men's Health, Self, Fitness and Men's Journal. At the Open House, Tom will provide advice based on his experiece training beginners to Olympic level athletes. |
