HEAT Monthly Board Meeting - Monday, February 11, 2008 at %!%##* Brewary at 6:00 pm. Meeting attendees included: Dean Bolt, Vin Darcy, Rafael Martinez, John Pugmire, Erica Dinner, Tara Hewins, Sean Caffyn and Rob Cassot.

The meeting was called to order at 6:16 pm. Items discussed included:
1. Membership Report - The club has 138 active members! Membership fees are now $35.00 per year. Membership entitles you to receive a t-shirt each year, participate in all organized programs; space permitted, and receives discounts from club sponsors. All discount information is posted to a 'members only' section of the website.

2. Treasurer Report - We have ample funds in the bank which will allow us to move forward with replenishment of member t-shirts, as well as starting the 2008 uniform ordering process.

3. Sponsorship Report - All sponsors will be paid up within the next month. The board will continue to evaluate sponsorship requests as they arise and will also measure requests against club need and current sponsors to ensure fairness to all parties.

4. Website Update - the Ezboard forum was converted to Yuku last month. We are currently working on the database for the calendar and membership and as information becomes available, the website will be updated accordingly.

5. Other Misc

a. HEAT merchandise/uniforms - the uniform ordering process has started. We will be contacting LG this week to get prices. After that, we will be posting information to the website about how to order uniforms. Ordering of uniforms will be on a prepay basis this year, meaning, when placing your order you will be required to pay at the time you complete the order form. We will also post dates, times and locations of where the fit kit will be - please keep a lookout for these details. Membership T-shirts will be ordered w/in the next week and sent to those new members as soon as we receive the new inventory.

b. Spring Fling - we will be contacting Winding Trails this week to secure a date for our beginning of season kick off party. We are targeting early April.
