I'm doing the Nutmeg State Half Marathon on Sunday, I know Ken is volunteering. Is anyone else going to be in Washington on Sunday?

I have finally established that I am real flatlander. After listening to Mandy Braverman describe the course as almost flat, I once again forgot that this
was a woman who described a course with Geer Mountain in the middle of it as "rolling." Well, this was not THAT bad, but I do think a one mile climb
at the 6 mile mark is a bit more of a challenge than I was ready for. But hey, like I said...I am a flatlander.

It was nice to see you guys out on the course. Wish we had more HEAT representation out there! Yea, we had to get up uber early for this race but it was worth
it. Huge improvement over last year as far as the race organization/registration and I think the eco-race angle is something we'll see more of.
