Currently, your memberships may be set up as annual Paypal "subscriptions".
We will be changing this to avoid renewals being automatically created.

You may receive an email stating that your membership has been "canceled". All this means is that your membership will not be "automatically" renewed.

To answer a few questions:

1) All members are notified 2-3 weeks in advance of their expiration date. You can renew "early" and your expiration date is just extended.

2) There are security and privacy concerns with publishing membership lists and emails addresses on the website (for general viewing) without individual waivers. Our policy up to this point is to leave this decision to each individual member.
