Rumor has it that Miro has been doing pre-dawn swims at Winding Trails, but Rob had no problems out to the West Hill Island.

How about Miro and Rob....

Wow...Looks like Miro and Rob where going at it tooth and nail. Both are headed to L.P. which should lead to a rather nice smack down at the full I.M. distance. Even though Rob has the "SINK OR SWIM" moniker I'm thinking he will have the edge in the swim. They both look to be the same on the run so that's a push. I guess it will all come down to the bike. I've ridden with both of them and...

A bit warm for a 1/2 marathon, but saw a lot of HEATSTERS having fun out on the course this morning. Great turn-out and post-race activity.
The boys look ready for LP, Louisville and Firman.

Here's some of the results I picked out: (Doug Lord wins with the best blisters which he proudly displayed at the Cornerstone swim time-trial later in the day).

I'm running (jogging) the 10K, my first. My goal is to finish before being lapped by the 1/2 marathoners.

Good luck guys! I've decided to pass this year on account of Firmman being the next weekend. I will be volunteering in some fashion on that day. If anyone is not racing or has a spouse/older children they would like to put to work we could use them. We are a bit short on volunteers. Karen
