Thanks Jim for the plug, it is the crowning touch to my spotted career. I now bring my ipod and headphones everywhee i go and I force everyone I meet to listen to the entir podcast, before we begin any conversation. I am losing friends in bunches.

speaking about us being a media sensation in the land of the Kiwi, is there any chance I could get a couple of T-shirts to mail to the staff at the Taupo Times. They ran a half page article on me two days before the Ironman. I think it might be cool to send them some shwag, also if anyone else comes down with me next year, we could be getting some local coverage as well.

Thanks to Jim, HEAT was the "Website of the Week" back in episode 68. Fun listening to the kiwi guys walk through the site on the podcast (Pat -- they loved you on the home page in the spiffy HEAT uniform).

Ironman Talk-a podcast out of New Zealand that I think is great-
has a feature called "Age Grouper of the Week"
and though Coach Rich does not technically qualify, I nominated him as "Coach of the Week"
I just got an email that they are going to mention him (and HEAT) in the next week or two.
