			<title><![CDATA[ Mooseman or Rev3 ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m trying to plan out my race schedule for next year and I&#39;m having problems deciding on my early June race, Mooseman or Rev3.  Has anyone done either
of these before that can offer info on the race courses?  Either one I end up doing I plan on doing both the Olympic and 70.3 races on back to back days
because 7 months out that seems like a good idea.  I like hills on the bike and run so I might be leaning towards Rev3 and getting beaten by Matty Reed and
David Thompson, but Mooseman... ]]></description>

it for the first time tonight. I saw two different runners wearing the uniform. It really stood out. Has anyone seen it. I didn&#39;t catch who the runners

proof and as far as vitamins go, i take a multiple, a ginseng, extra C&#39;s and that omega-3 cod liver crap.

Also, if you have a remedy or a good soother, post it.   For me, tea with grean tea, mullin tea, peppermint flakes, ginger powder, honey is good if your
stuffy.    Also, I think dosing up on Vit D (per Hains), works pretty well. ]]></description>

LP, but since changed the front aero bar....i have been experiencing pain in the hands from pressure on the handlebars when not in the TT position, and saddle
