			<description><![CDATA[ Vin told me there are 17 (!!!!) HEATsters doing IMLP in two weeks (OMG...can it really be only TWO weeks away??!).  Any way, I imagine everyone doing the race
will but up there by Friday afternoon, and wanted to proposed a group get-together, photo type-thing.  I thought about a dinner, but dinner might be tough
since we will all be doing our own nutrition thing (and I think the pasta feed is that night any way) but perhaps we could still get together for photo and to

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m hoping someone has knowledge about warm water Ironman distance races. Due to the water temperature at the end of August in Louisville, wetsuits will
obviously not be permitted. My question is whether or not it would be worth the time savings to invest in a skinsuit (made of lycra, offers no buoyancy). To
put this into perspective, on a perfect swim with no wetsuit, I would probably go 1:35 as of now. Any thoughts? ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ Kidney Transplant - Update ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Lots of HEAT members have been asking how my kidney transplant went. Well, so far, so good.  I had a successful kidney transplant on April 22, about 4 weeks
ago.  Other than the residual pain from the incision I feel better than I have felt in a very long time.  My weight dropped from 156 to 139 with in 2 days post
transplant.  I have begun cycling very, very easy and should be able to start running again in two weeks!

			<description><![CDATA[ I have two rooms booked at the Comfort Inn on Lake Placid.  Unfortunately, I will not be able to race again this year due a kidney transplant on April 22.

This hotel is within a 4 minute walk of down town, and right across the street from a great bike shop.  It&#39;s a great location!  I stayed here last summer
